Her journey with Pilates began as a personal necessity—supporting her body through scoliosis—and grew into a lifelong practice that strengthened not only her physical wellbeing but also her mind and spirit.

She is a woman who believes that when we move with love, we live with greater intention, clarity, and presence. Mayda envisioned a space where every person-no matter their age or physical fitness-feels supported, safe, and inspired to evolve.
